Winter Retail User Journey

Guide our Handraisers down the purchase funnel and into the driver’s seat of their dream Cadillac.

During the Winter Retail Event, we launched these emails to encourage our handraisers to discover, build and test drive their favorite Cadillac. This program consists of seven emails, but our handraisers will only receive three. The emails our audience receives depends on if they build their Cadillac in Touch 1. If they don’t engage, alternate versions of touches two and three push them to create their Cadillac or shop for other vehicles.
